SCREEN PRINTING SERVICES

Screen printing, also known as silk screening, is a printing technique that involves using a mesh screen to transfer ink onto a substrate, such as paper, fabric, or other materials. The process is commonly used to create images, patterns, or text on various surfaces and is widely employed in the production of items such as posters, t-shirts, signage, and electronic circuit boards.

The screen printing process involves the following key steps:

1 . Design Preparation: The desired design is created on a transparent film or digitally using specialized software.

2. Screen Preparation: A mesh screen made of fabric (originally silk, but now typically made of synthetic materials like polyester) is coated with a light-sensitive emulsion. The design is then transferred onto the screen, and the areas not meant to be printed are blocked with a light-resistant material.
